Running Late?

If you're running late for your appointment, please reach out and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we don't hear from you, we will be unable to perform your service and you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost. Being late throws off our whole day and isn't fair to other clients. We really appreciate your understanding on this one!


Please give yourself plenty of time to park! We only have one client spot available at this time. There is ample street parking available around the shop. Thursdays and Fridays are particularly crazy in the parking lot :)

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance! This allows me the chance to rebook your spot and you avoid being charged a late cancel fee which is 100% of your appointment cost. To summarize, cancel 24 hours before your appointment, no problemo! Cancel 22 hours before your appointment, 100% of your service cost will be charged to the card on file!

Currently, Rachael’s books are full and she is unable to take new clients. Indigo does have a bit more availability and will open any appointments on the first of each month. Please follow us on Instagram as we post all our cancellations and appointment information there!


Snow Days

I follow the Denver School District's snow day cancellations. So if area schools are closed, your appointment will be cancelled and I will be in touch to reschedule!


As one of my favorite rappers so eloquently puts it, "Trick luh da kids". That being said, please do not bring them them to your appointment. My shop is not a good place for kiddos or newborns and it distracts ma from her service. Fur babies sadly are not allowed either due to health code restrictions.
